Day 1: To Boston
Fly to Boston for two nights in the suburbs at the Hilton in Woburn, MA.

Day 2: Boston Sightseeing
See the highlights from Beacon Hill to the Boston Common, Quincy Market and Old Ironsides, with time to explore the JFK Library and Museum. Top off the day with a lobster dinner. (B,D)

Day 3: New Hampshire
Travel into New Hampshire, arriving by lunch-time in the popular resort town of Wolfeboro on the shore of Lake Winnipesauke. Visit the Castle in the Clouds mansion for sweeping views of the Lake area before checking into the Mountain Club at Loon for two nights in Lincoln, NH. (B,D)

Day 4: Mountain Scenery
Travel a section of the picturesque Kancamangus Highway, one of the most scenic routes in America, located in New Hampshire’s White Mountains. Then, all aboard the Conway Scenic Railway. A box lunch is included as you travel through spectacular Crawford Notch, passing steep ravines, cascading brooks, and panoramic mountain vistas. In the afternoon, tour the Rocks Estate, best-known as the Christmas Tree Farm. Dinner is included this evening at a local restaurant. (B,L,D)
Day 5: Vermont
Enjoy the wonderful colors of the Vermont countryside with accommodations at the Killington Mountain Lodge in Killington for two nights. Visit Quechee Gorge, Vermont’s little Grand Canyon, before a luncheon prepared by a gourmet chef. Round out the afternoon at the New England Maple Museum and make a photo stop at a covered bridge. Day 6: Sound-of-Music Country
Visit the “Rock of Ages” marble quarry before lunch at the Sound-of-Music Trapp Family Lodge. Then, taste the ice cream flavor of the day at the Ben and Jerry’s Factory. (B,L)

Day 7: Massachusetts
Follow the golden Green Mountains to Bennington to see a unique collection of antique automobiles with lunch at the Publick House Restaurant. At the Apple Barn, you’ll have apple pie á la mode before continuing on into Massachusetts to spend two nights in Pittsfield at the Crown Plaza Hotel. (B,L,D)

Day 8: The Berkshires
Enjoy Norman Rockwell’s picturebook village of Stockbridge and the museum with his original paintings. You’ll also see Tanglewood and the Berkshire “cottages” of Carnegie and the Vanderbilts. Look forward to a special Farewell Dinner this evening. (B,D)

Day 9: Home
Travel along the scenic Mohawk Trail toward the Boston airport. (B)
